Important Note Before Purchase*

Please contact us via email to discuss your preferred transport option, as the cost listed will need to be adjusted prior to purchase.

The Autumn House is inspired by subtle movie references from The Addams Family, Harry Potter, Practical Magic, and Beetlejuice. This model is a modified Vermont Junior by Real Good Toys, featuring a board and batten roof, an open-concept first floor, and a distinctive room divider on the top floor with a smaller-than-usual door.

Furniture is 3D printed using either FDM or resin printers, along with all housewares and decor. The house comes equipped with a fabric couch complete with basic blankets, pillows, and sheets.

• The teen room features a 3D printed chair and stools at the kitchen counter, both with a flocked finish for a suede-like texture.

• The kitchen includes cabinets that open (with the exception of two over the sink and one on the bottom far right), stocked with various kitchenware such as:

  • Rice pot

  • Crock pot

  • Vintage ice cream maker

  • Plates, bowls, cups, canned food items

  • Fogged glassware, cutting boards, kitchen tools, etc.

The kitchen islands cabinets and drawers are also functional. There is a magnet-controlled light under the range hood and inside the fridge (which is filled with various food and beverage items; the freezer is empty). Three hanging lights illuminate the main level: two above the kitchen island and one in the living room, all magnet-controlled with four settings: steady light, blinking lights, slow dim, and off. Kitchen cabinets, the range, and the hood are securely glued to the walls and floor.

On the second floor, you’ll find a master bedroom complete with:

• Canopy bed

• Two nightstands with functional drawers, lamps, alarm clock etc

• An armoire with drawers that open

• A greenhouse and a sliding barn door leading to the bathroom

The bathroom features an antique clawfoot bathtub, toilet, and double console sink, along with a hanging light over the tub and two mirror lights controlled by magnets. Real terry cloth towels adorn the right wall, accompanied by a permanent trio of pictures on the left.

The top floor includes a teen room furnished with a desk, bed, nightstand, chair, and subtle Harry Potter references. Adjacent to this room is the laundry room, equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink.

The front porch is adorned with:

• A bench

• Two rocking chairs

• A table

• Hay

• A welcome sign

• Broom and pumpkin topiaries lanterns

• Weathervane

• Two exterior lights controlled by magnets

Everything pictured is included in the purchase price.

Pickup and Delivery Options*

We highly recommend in-person pickup. For those within a five-hour drive from Basking Ridge, New Jersey, we offer delivery starting at $600. Please provide your address for an exact quote. While shipping is available, we strongly advise against it due to the delicate nature of the house and its contents.

We create a special crate for shipping and use protective packing materials to ensure everything remains secure during transit. However, using a third-party shipper carries unpredictable risks. Shipping and packaging costs are fully the buyer's responsibility and will necessitate signing a Damages & Liability Waiver. This waiver states that you, the buyer, are responsible for obtaining shipping insurance, whether through a third party or the maximum coverage through UPS. The Upscale Miniaturist cannot be held liable for any damages, whether minor or catastrophic. This policy means no refunds or reimbursements will be issued.

We want your dollhouse to arrive in perfect condition, as we understand the investment you’ve made and the effort we’ve put into creating it. Our commitment to craftsmanship is paramount, and we genuinely wish for you to receive your dollhouse intact. Unfortunately, shipping poses significant risks to its condition, which is why we strongly recommend against it. If you choose to proceed with shipping, the associated risk is entirely yours. We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for any damages or losses incurred, as we have clearly advised against shipping from the outset.
