All orders go through QA by an individual who ensures all products are intact making sure no orders are broken or damaged in any way before being sent to USPS. If you receive your order and there is damage during transit, immediately file a claim with the post office for a refund. All of our orders come with shipping insurance up to $100. We will also send a replacement by a case-by-case basis.

Yes! The main thing to remember about our products is that they are very fragile. If dropped, they will break. If too much pressure is applied to the item, tiny parts will break. We suggest our clients have clear UV polygel or UV clear top coat on hand to fix our products, or any small miniature. This polygel and clear top coat are the same products used for polygel nails. You'll want one in a tube, and you'll also want to get a small UV lamp and some toothpicks. All can be found on Amazon for as little as $10 total. We use Markartt clear polygel and Beetles Top Coat, as well as a UV light pen. Simply apply to the area that is broken and turn on the LED light to cure.

Yes! Annually, you'll find us at the Lancaster Show, Lehigh Valley, The Philly Show, IGMA NJ, Fredericks Maryland Show and Westchester Mini Show in 2026. For 2027 and beyond, you'll find us at The Philly Show, Chicago, Napa Valley, Texas, Atlanta and PNW shows.

We do a product drop twice a year and also have clay food miniatures at the shows we are dealers at. When we drop depends on our 3D printing schedule and changes often. To stay up to date on our clay food drops, follow us on tiktok or Instagram as we will always announce on those platforms first.

If the listing of the product you found on Etsy also comes with a commercial license than yes we can purchase the license, add it to our catalog and notify you that you can now purchase the item. Do to IP law you will not own the usage rights but you will be able to purchase the physical product.

We have new launches every 3 months, to see when we have new items follow us on our social platforms. We do not only buy commercial licenses from Dove & Pear, but we do buy many of their commercial licenses because it fits our brand aesthetic. We are always on the lookout for new products; we make them ourselves and acquire licenses from artists. We suggest using Krylon Short Cuts. It's a small spray paint can for $3 at most Hobby Lobby and Michaels stores as opposed to buying a big can at Home Depot, as you will most likely not need a big can. Krylon short cuts come in a variety of colors and finishes. We use spray paint on our painted products. You can also use UV nail lacquer, acrylic paint and enamel paint.

Unfortunately, My Mini Front Porch's usage license prevents us from being able to do so. We take IP law very seriously. In order to have a kitchen printed by us but from My Mini Front Porch, you'll need to purchase a custom dollhouse and only for that dollhouse will you be able to have a kitchen by My Mini Front Porch.

From time to time we get this question. Many people seem to think that because we are able to use a 3D printer to manufacture the items, that it must take less time. Unfortunately, that is no tthe case. Many factors go into the overall cost of a 3D printed item, even if it is not painted. It can take hours or weeks to 3D model in special and often expensive software, not to mention the print tests that need to be completed and successful before any of the other steps. Even the tiniest item can take anywhere from 3-72 hours to be completed. Often times with miniatures, what you pay for is time and labor as opposed to materials.
