What happens if my order arrives and it is damaged?

Accepted Answer

All orders go through QA by an individual who ensures all products are intact making sure no orders are broken or damaged in any way before being sent to USPS. If you receive your order and there is damage during transit, you need to file a claim with the post office for a refund. All of our orders come with shipping insurance up to $100. We will also send a replacement.

A tiny knob broke off my item, is there a quick fix for that?

Yes! The main thing to remember about our products is that they are very fragile. If dropped, they will break. If too much pressure is applied to the item, tiny parts will break. We suggest our clients have clear UV polygel on hand to fix our products, or any small miniature. This polygel is the same product used for polygel nails. You'll want one in a tube, and you'll also want to get a small UV lamp and some toothpicks. All can be found on Amazon for as little as $10 total. We use Markartt clear polygel and a UV light pen.

Do you attend Miniature shows?

Yes! You'll find us at the Lancaster Show, The Philly Show and IGMA NJ in 2026.

When do you drop clay food items?

Accepted Answer

We do a product drop twice a year and also have clay food miniatures at the shows we are dealers at. When we drop depends on our 3D printing schedule and changes often. To stay up to date on our clay food drops, follow us on tiktok or Instagram as we will always announce on those platforms first.

Question 5

I really like an item I found on Etsy but don't have a 3D printer and they only sell the STL, can you help me?

Accepted Answer

If the listing of the product you found on Etsy also comes with a commercial license and fits into our catalog of products than we can purchase the license, add it to our catalog and notify you that you can now purchase the item.

Question 6

How often do you add new products and do you only print Dove & Pear?

Accepted Answer

We do not only buy commercial licenses from Dove & Pear, but we do buy many of their commercial licenses because it fits our brand aesthetic. We are always on the lookout for new products; we make them ourselves and acquire licenses from artists. Question 7

What paint should I use for the self-painted items?

Accepted Answer

We suggest using Krylon Short Cuts. It's a small spray paint can for $3 at most Hobby Lobby and Michaels stores as opposed to buying a big can at Home Depot, as you will most likely not need a big can. Krylon short cuts come in a variety of colors and finishes. We use spray paint on our painted products. You can also use UV nail lacquer, acrylic paint and enamel paint.
